Our accommodation department is here to help you find the perfect place to stay during your studies in Honolulu. Lastly, our friendly staff is always available to answer your questions and help make your stay in Hawaii as pleasant as you dreamed it would be!
Homestay
- Reside in a safe and comfortable environment with a local host family and experience the unique culture of Hawaii and create lifelong friends.
- Students are provided with a private bedroom and well-illuminated study space and can choose from two board options:
o Full Board - a full meal plan with self-serve breakfast and lunch, while dinner is prepared daily by the host family.
o Roomstay – no meals, although students can access the host families’ appliances with proper permission and instruction.

English + Surfing
Come to the birthplace of surfing! Whether you are a seasoned surfer looking for local knowledge about the Hawaii breaks, or a brand new surfer ready to catch that first wave, this is the course for you!
US$ 550 per week including 20 hours English lessons
English + Bodyboarding
Experience the chance of a lifetime! Enjoy riding the waves of Hawaii with a bodyboard! These private bodyboarding lessons will quickly teach you the proper techniques.
English + Hula
Dance with a Kumu Hula (hula instructor), who can share their in-depth knowledge and love for the traditional dance from old Hawaii. You will learn the deep meaning behind the dance steps and the ancient stories that the hula tells.

English + Ukulele
“Ukulele” is translated as “jumping flea” and has been considered one of the core musical instruments in Hawaiian music. Our experienced ukulele instructors will be able to teach you basic to advanced chords and will have you strumming your favorite songs in no time.

Teen Activity Program
Have fun in the sun with GV Hawaii’s exciting Teen Activity Program! GV Hawaii’s TAP are for teens from 12 to 17 years old and combines dynamic English lessons held on school campus with integrated daily fun activities. Students learn about our island home’s unique culture, improve their English and make new friends during their stay in Hawaii. Upon arrival, our teens are welcomed into the home of one of our host families and made to feel part of their family during their stay.
